两银行拟发行规模超中信中信银行表示，此次发行可转债的募集资金将用于支持未来业务发展，在可转债转股后按照相关监管要求用于补充该行核心一级资本。中信银行2018年三季度报告显示，该行核心一级资本充足率8.35%，比上年末上升0.20个百分点；一级资本充足率9.18%，比上年末上升0.17个百分点；资本充足率11.99%，比上年末上升0.67个百分点。
